As part of its commitment to improving rural healthcare and promoting preventive health practices, Help Foundation organised a two-day Health Awareness Workshop at Chitrangi Tehsil, District Singrauli on 18th and 19th December 2015. The programme focused on creating awareness about the prevention, early identification, and management of common health conditions affecting rural communities.
The workshop brought together local residents, women, adolescents, children, community leaders, and frontline health workers. Health educators explained the causes, symptoms, treatment, and preventive measures related to diarrhoea, anaemia, typhoid, and other water- and food-borne diseases in simple and practical ways.

Participants were also encouraged to share the information with their families and neighbours, helping extend the impact of the awareness campaign within the wider community.
