Help Foundation organized a two-day Saurya Dal Leadership Meeting at Waidhan on 5–6 December 2015, bringing together community representatives, women participants, volunteers and Saurya Dal members for an interactive leadership and awareness programme.
The meeting focused on leadership development, community participation and strengthening the role of local volunteers in social-development initiatives. Participants attended structured sessions supported by presentations and awareness materials. The programme also included discussions and interactive activities designed to encourage participants to take an active role in their communities.
The event provided a platform for participants to share experiences, build confidence and understand their responsibilities as community-level leaders. The participation of women and community members highlighted the programme’s emphasis on inclusive leadership and grassroots engagement.
