Health Awareness Workshop - Chitrangi, Singrauli
Help Foundation organised a two-day Health Awareness Workshop in Chitrangi, Singrauli, on 18–19 December 2015. The programme focused on preventing diarrhoea, anaemia, typhoid and other water- and food-borne diseases, while promoting better health awareness among rural communities.
Activity at Divyang Ashram - Waidhan, Singrauli
Help Foundation organised a community outreach programme at Divyang Ashram, Waidhan, on 29 November 2015. The initiative provided essential support, encouragement and care to differently-abled children while promoting compassion, dignity, social inclusion and a stronger sense of community.

Help Foundation conducted a Health Awareness Programme at Godbahara Village, Chitrangi, on 20 November 2015. The programme focused on preventive healthcare and improving health awareness among rural families through interactive discussions, audio-visual learning and active community participation.
International Yoga Day Camp - Chun Kumari Stadium, Waidhan
Help Foundation participated in the 2nd International Yoga Day celebration at Chun Kumari Stadium, Waidhan, on 21 June 2016. The event brought together officials, healthcare professionals, organisations, volunteers and citizens to promote yoga, healthy living and community participation.
World Blood Donor Day Camp - Vindhyanagar Hospital
Help Foundation, in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society and Vindhyanagar Hospital, organised a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp on 14 June 2016. The initiative promoted awareness about voluntary blood donation and encouraged healthy individuals to become regular donors and help save lives.

Help Foundation organised a Blood Donation Rally and Voluntary Blood Donation Camp at Waidhan on 7–8 May 2016. The initiative was conducted with Red Cross Society, Yuva Team, Aapada Prabandhan Team and Mishra Polyclinic to promote voluntary blood donation and community healthcare.
Swasth Shivir at Waidhan - With Yuva Team
Help Foundation, in collaboration with Yuva Team, organised a Swasth Shivir at Waidhan on 28 January 2016. The camp provided essential healthcare services, medical guidance and preventive health awareness, with special focus on underprivileged individuals, senior citizens and persons with disabilities.
